Job Title: Assistant Manager in Training Location: Las Vegas, NV Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses Schedule: Full-Time, flexible shifts, open availability required (6:30 AM – 11:30 PM, including weekends, evenings, holidays)

Your Role & Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused store experience.
Leadership & Store Operations:
- Assist in managing store performance, KPIs, and staffing
- Lead and motivate team members to meet or exceed expectations
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and hands-on training to sales associates
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Step in as acting Store Manager when needed
- Deliver exceptional service and build strong customer relationships
- Handle escalated concerns or complex issues with professionalism
- Maintain and improve store presentation and functionality
- Track and order inventory based on store needs
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Analyze reports to enhance efficiency and optimize sales strategy
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking sharp, driven professionals with a passion for leadership and service.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a supervisory role
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
Preferred:
- Retail management or financial services experience
- Experience with hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews
- Familiarity with sales reports and inventory systems
