What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile and professional service
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, money orders, and prepaid cards
• Match customers with services that best fit their needs
• Balance your cash drawer accurately
• Complete simple clerical tasks like data entry, filing, and answering phones
• Help maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge (typing 25 WPM or more)
• Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Previous customer service, sales, or cash handling experience (a plus but not required)

Schedule & Requirements

• Flexible shifts between 6:30 AM and 11:30 PM, including weekends and holidays
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
• Able to stand for 2–3 hours between breaks and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Comfortable performing light cleaning duties
