Check City is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Tellers at our Las Vegas locations. We’re looking for friendly, dependable individuals who are ready to deliver excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships with our valued customers—in both Spanish and English.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide excellent service in a professional and friendly manner
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both Spanish and English
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, money orders, and prepaid cards
• Promote and explain services to meet customer needs
• Maintain an accurate and balanced cash drawer
• Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
• Assist with general cleaning to maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive and professional attitude

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to type at least 25 WPM
• Ability to stay organized and work well under pressure
• A team player with a professional and positive attitude
• Previous customer service, sales, or cash handling experience is a plus

Schedule & Requirements

• Must be available to work any shift between 6:30 AM and 11:30 PM
• Must be willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED
• Able to stand for extended periods (2–3 hours between breaks)
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform light cleaning duties
