Location: Las Vegas, NV 

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses 

Schedule: Full-Time, flexible shifts, open availability required (6:30 AM – 11:30 PM, including weekends, evenings, holidays)

Your Role & Responsibilities

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead daily operations and ensure a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused store experience.

Leadership & Store Operations:

  • Assist in managing store performance, KPIs, and staffing
  • Lead and motivate team members to meet or exceed expectations
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and hands-on training to sales associates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Step in as acting Store Manager when needed

Customer Experience:

  • Deliver exceptional service and build strong customer relationships
  • Handle escalated concerns or complex issues with professionalism
  • Maintain and improve store presentation and functionality

Inventory & Reporting:

  • Track and order inventory based on store needs
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Analyze reports to enhance efficiency and optimize sales strategy

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking sharp, driven professionals with a passion for leadership and service.

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a supervisory role
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Preferred:

  • Retail management or financial services experience
  • Experience with hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews
  • Familiarity with sales reports and inventory systems
